Welcome to one of the largest elk ranches in Colorado. Plateau Valley Elk Ranch is over 500 acres located outside of Collbran, Colorado. The ranch is owned and operated by two generations of the Azcarraga family.
Plateau Valley Elk Ranch has over twenty-five years of experience breeding elk. It is our goal to see Americans increase the use of elk products in their daily lives. It is our pleasure to raise one of the greatest animals on our own property.
